- Yes, you can customize the design of your custom size mouse pad by uploading your own image in step 1 or selecting from a variety of pre-designed options from here.
- You can choose the size of your mouse pad based on your needs and the size of your desk. We offer a range of sizes from small to XXXL, but you really want to use our custom dimensions functionality in step 2. All you’ll need to do is choose your specific dimensions in inches or cm (both measurement systems are available), press apply and add to cart your new custom size mouse pad.
* Please notice: because the mousepads are hand made, they could get cut off or arrive larger by up to -/+0.8 inches (2cm) of the chosen dimensions on any side of the mousepad. - Our mouse pads are machine washable, making it easy to keep them clean and fresh. In order to give your mousepad a thorough clean, we recommend that you put it in the washing machine with a bit of soap or mild detergent. Then, set the machine to cold water (important) and a delicate cycle, being sure to avoid using hot water as it could potentially damage the rubber backing. Do not use any bleach (or similar products). Once the cycle is completed,we recommend allowing the custom size mouse pad to air dry for a period of 24 to 36 hours and basically breathe, before using it again.
- Yes, all of the mouse pads’ designs will be printed in high resolution in order to get the best result and ensure that even the smallest details are being captured. Our prints’ colors are very vibrant and somewhat pop out but are also very bright. Please check the file type and size we recommend to upload in the “Which file size and type can I use?”.
- No, our custom size mouse pads are printed with high quality inks that are resistant to fading, so your design will stay vibrant for years to come. As mentioned before, the mouse pads are also machine washable.
- Yes, all of our mouse pads can have stitched edges to help prevent fraying and ensure a long-lasting and durable product.
- Yes, all of our mouse pads have an anti-slip rubber backing to help keep them securely in place while you use your mouse.
- Most likely yes, you can. If you did not find the desired dimension in this product page in step 2, please contact us with your specific needs here or at support@yourplaymat.com and we will do our best to help you find the perfect mouse pad!
- Yes, we do offer price breaks for any size. You can find the discount price right under the add to cart button.
*Need to print more than one design? It is not a problem because the discount chart still applies to bulk orders with multiple images but you’ll need to write to us that you’ll be sending us the rest of the custom size mouse pad designs and the instructions for them by email after the order has been placed. You can contact us here or at support@yourplaymat.com - - To ensure optimal results, we recommend using images with a minimum resolution of 1920 x1080 pixels/1080 x 1080 pixels.
* If your image does not meet this requirement, don’t worry - by choosing the “premium editing” option in step 3, we can improve the resolution for you.
- Our website supports the following file formats: PNG, JPG, and PDF. While any image size is acceptable, a file size of around 7 MB is ideal for a custom size mouse pad.
* If your image exceeds the maximum file size of 100MB or is in a different format, you can still place your order by using a placeholder image (such as a solid black image) and contacting us here or at support@yourplaymat.com with the original file. We are able to work with a variety of file formats, including PSD.
