Frequently Asked questions

• How do I add my own design to the deck box?

  It’s simple!
  

  Step 1: Click the ‘upload image’ button. A pop-up will appear prompting you to upload your image from one of many different sources.
  

  Step 2: Choose which source you’d like to upload from and you can then choose which image you’d like to use. After you’ve chosen the image it will then show you exactly how it will appear on the deck box with an overlay that you can crop to fit your needs.
  

  Step 3: Press the ‘done’ button and continue checking out the product. It’s that easy!
  

• What resolution is best to use for the print on demand?

  200-300 dpi is the preferred resolution but if your image doesn’t meet the needs then we can work on improving it through the premium editing service.

• What file size do we need to use for the print on demand?

  The minimum recommended file size is 2MB and the maximum is 25MB. If your file is larger and you can’t upload it please contact us here and we can help you shrink it.

• How will our images be cropped onto the deck boxes?

  Below you will find links with the cropping guidelines for both the large and small deck box sizes.

• What file type do we need to use for the print on demand?

  Currently only image files are accepted. PNG is preferred for the highest quality but if all you have is JPG then that’s fine too. If you’re unsure if the image you have is accepted or not (i.e. PSD and PDF) please contact us here.

• What color options do we have?

  Our custom deck boxes are offered in a selection of three colors: red, black, and blue.

• What is the weight of the deck box?

  The weight of our custom TCG deck box with tray is approximately 1 pound and 3 ounces (19.6 ounces).
  The weight of the single deck box alone is 11 ounces (311.8 grams).

• What materials is the deck box made of?

  Our product is crafted with 100% polyurethane leather and the interior is lined with soft suede material providing your cards with protection from wear and tear while easily being able to be removed from the box.

• How many single sleeved cards does it fit?

  Our custom deck box can hold a total of 100 single sleeved cards.

• How many double sleeved cards does it fit?

  It can hold a total of 60 double sleeved cards for both Japanese and Standard sizes.

• What magnets are used? How strong are they?

  The magnets used in our product are standard neodymium magnets. They have a strong magnetic force, allowing them to securely hold items in place even in the case of falling.

• What is the length, width and height of the deck box?

  The larger deck box of our custom TCG deck box measures approximately 3.94 inches in length, 3.43 inches in width, and 5.71 inches in height (100mm x 87mm x 145mm).
  

  The standard deck box of our custom card deck box measures approximately 3 inches in length, 3.54 inches in width, and 4.09 inches in height (77mm x 90mm x 104mm).
